Water Filter Issue
19-09-2023 GKK 2 changed and kept 2 dambar goli and red hit suggested by your technician
on next day tried to reach out technician regarding its smell in water but no response
25-09-2023 raised a complaint via mail regarding smell of red hit and dambar goli to the water but no response for 3 days
28-09-2023 then again raised a complaint and on the same day GKK2 again changed and the technician event cleaned the tank properly before installing filters
29-09-2023 follow up call from technician regarding the smell but it was their
06-10-2023 technician open the filter front (attached photo)and kept open for like 4 days
but still the taste of water has essence of dambar Goli
Initially there was no issue with the filter just GKK 2 filter was due for change and from there all the issue started and from then I have to buy water to drink and from 2 days the water is also licking from the filter
My filter machine was maintained and in good condition with no issue, but because of your technicians mistake I am facing issues and its not getting resolved even after trying all the methods
So I want my whole machine replaced with brand new now, from nearly a month I am buying water to drink even after owning the reputed brands filter and maintained it always from your authorized service center and after keeping so much patience. Everything has its limit and I am done with mine. I want my machine replaced in like two days or will have to take this matter on another level.
And let me inform you, me and my family members are allergic to random water, we drink only pureIt water or if we have to buy we make sure of the reputed brands water.
So if anything happens to any of us because of drink that water it's full responsibility will be of pureit and hindustan Unilever.
