To produce better purifier like Aquaguard within few months need to replace pcb and smpf I had to spend the 50 % of the cost

After replacing, out side filter, technician opened Main unit and fixed it as it is. I noticed tap and LED light not functioning properly immediately after service.

Pureit demands money for everything but it was OK before servecing.

After service, bad smell started from water, Pureit wants money for it also. All these were happened immediately after service.

Placed an order for Marvella uv 02 6 days ago, no response. You people do not want any business I think

U have been calling service centre from last 5 days but no one has still come to repair the unit. It is really sad to say that your company has no proper attendants .

Is this the way your people work? Sorry to say I think you need to change your staff and teach them some attiquites as to how to deal with a consumer.

Just for coming they charge you 350 which is utter nonsense, my pureit was not working like no light was showing up he came and told that it's gone and new part takes upto 3500 and filter replacement another 3000 just for that we have to 350

Technician visited on dated 09/08/2024 for serviced of my RO after service have issued of water leakage due to improper installation of RO.when talked with technician he told me when visiting near your area then resolve your problem but still not come.

So,look into matter try to resolve problem otherwise my bed experience share with all the social media and generated complain to consumer forum.

Aquino. I am the husband of Michelle M. Aquino, who purchased a Pureit Marvella sometime in 2023. Last February 2024, my whole family (family of 6 most especially my 5 yr old and 1 yr old child) suffered from amoebiasis caused by the water coming from the said unit.

How come we still suffered from amoebiasis, considering that we are using Pureit Marvella? I'm very disappointed!
